Dear Student,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwart's School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. We eagerly await your arrival on board the Hogwart's Express.

Each student begins with 100 Galleons which can be used in Diagon Alley to purchase your school supplies. You no longer will be assigned Vault numbers. This may change if and when we change the bank to a new system.

We have just instituted a new "open" Common Room system. You will no longer be required to have a password in order to access your common room. Students are now on an honor system. Do not post in a common room that is not yours. If students abuse this new system, then common rooms may be taken away and the abusing student may be expelled from all aspects of this school.

While a student at Hogwarts, you are expected to follow certain rules of behavior. There will be no use of foul language while in any Hogwarts Chat Room. Please be considerate of other students. Any postings of unacceptable language or content will be deleated from the board and if repeated, the offender can be suspended or expelled. This also includes rude or mean postings on the message boards.

In order for this school to succeed, students must participate. If you know you will be absent for a while, please let the staff or your Head-of-House know. We look forward to seeing you at the castle. Remember the most important aspect of Hogwart's is to have FUN!
